Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Delivery areas & times
We currently deliver across Egypt. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3–7 business days for other governorates.
Shipping costs
Free delivery on orders over 999 EGP. Orders under 999 EGP: a flat 70 EGP shipping fee applies.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, our courier will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to courier volume, weather, or address issues. We'll notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
